Digital Systems Technical Trainer III (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead the development, design, and delivery of technical training materials for internal and external customers.
• Train and mentor personnel on PLM, MES, Tracking+, maintenance tracking, scheduling, and operational support systems.
• Teach compliance with FAA Part 145, DCMA, AS9100, OSHA, and company flight and ground operating procedures.
• Provide instruction on digital tools including Palantir, eDR, SNC Chat, OneSNC.ai, Microsoft Office, Copilot, and engineering specifications.
• Guide staff in using the Operations Resource Center, Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, and other operational resources.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, program management, maintenance planning, quality assurance, and IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation technology, engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 4+ years of experience in technical training or a related field.
• Advanced skills with e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems.
• Experience with PLM, MES, Tracking+, aircraft maintenance or modification environments, and related operational software.
• Knowledge of FAA Part 145, DCMA, AS9100, OSHA, and company-specific flight and ground operating procedures.
• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Nice to have

• Experience as a subject matter expert or technical lead on systems implementation, process improvement, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training for adult learners in aviation or technical environments.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, cybersecurity practices, change management, or user adoption.
• Active A&P license, FAA Inspection Authorization, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience supporting DoD or government aviation programs.
