Learning Experience Designer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer

Salary: $100,000–$145,000 annually, depending on geographic tier and experience

What you will do

• Design course structures by defining learning objectives, instructional approaches, and execution plans.
• Develop learner-centered asynchronous lessons, activities, assessments, and other curriculum for online delivery.
• Manage the full course lifecycle from concept through delivery.
• Iterate on content using stakeholder and subject-matter-expert feedback while maintaining instructional quality.
• Use learning science, program data, learner feedback, and performance metrics to improve learning experiences.
• Apply established AI tools and explore new approaches to improve learning design and workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing online learning experiences.
• Direct learner contact through teaching, coaching, facilitation, or similar work.
• Experience translating complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Hands-on experience building learning experiences, with strong technical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written communication and a strong command of English.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
