Technical Trainer (AI)

Location: Mexico City, with 2–3 days in the office

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and deliver instructor-led technical training for end-users, customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Create hands-on exercises, presentations, training materials, custom sessions, and live technology hours.
• Lead training and Q&A sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and effective.
• Collect feedback, track knowledge retention, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a trainer with demonstrated success communicating complex technical subject matter.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English and fluent Spanish.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of business models in Sales, Marketing, and Service.
• High personal accountability and flexibility.
