What you will do

• Develop engineering concepts and mature designs throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Produce detailed component and assembly designs using Siemens NX.
• Translate system-level requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Perform GD&T application and tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure manufacturability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, systems, and project teams for successful product delivery.
• Ensure all design outputs comply with relevant standards and configuration control requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer focusing on component design.
• Advanced proficiency in Siemens NX.
• Strong understanding of 3D CAD modelling, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
• Must be able to obtain Security Clearance (Baseline Personnel Security Standard).

Nice to have

• Experience in defence, nuclear, rail, or automotive regulated industries.
• Knowledge of PLM and configuration management processes.
• Familiarity with verification, validation, and design assurance activities.
