What you will do

• Lead and perform technical reviews of assays for stability, batch release, and characterization studies according to SOPs and GMP principles.
• Interpret analytical data to identify trends, atypical results, Out of Specification (OOS), and Out of Trend (OOT) findings.
• Lead investigations into deviations and invalid assays, conducting robust root cause analysis and managing CAPAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, operators, and study directors to ensure high-quality technical outcomes.
• Mentor and train junior staff, providing feedback to support team development.
• Support regulatory and customer audits by providing technical expertise and maintaining audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of protein stability and relevant analytical techniques.
• Working knowledge of cGMP within a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to interpret scientific data and make sound quality decisions.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
