What you will do

• Lead the maintenance, installation, and qualification of semiconductor test equipment and supporting hardware.
• Develop and implement tester hardware qualification and buyoff procedures for mass production.
• Oversee the installation, modification, upgrades, and preventive maintenance of internally developed testers.
• Create technical solutions and improvement programs to enhance tester reliability and availability.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support to manufacturing sites and external test factories.
• Coordinate equipment improvement projects with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor test or wafer probe environment.
• Strong knowledge of PCB hardware, schematics, and circuit troubleshooting (RF experience preferred).
• Working knowledge of Linux commands and scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and manufacturing quality systems.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites for equipment installation, troubleshooting, and training.

Nice to have

• Soldering and hardware rework skills with knowledge of IPC workmanship standards.
• Project management experience.
