What you will do

• Sustain critical backend manufacturing processes, monitoring daily yield, test time, scrap, and key process indicators.
• Utilize Python, C/C++, and SQL for automated testing, control scripting, and data crunching.
• Perform structured root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, and DMAIC to resolve process excursions.
• Develop and release Test Process Documentation, including work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Collaborate with equipment and automation teams to optimize recipes and reduce failure modes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency in a sustainable manner.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Woodlands, Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing process environments and failure analysis.
• Exposure to process setup, buyoff, process mapping, and process control.
• Working knowledge of Python, C, C++, or SQL for automation and data analysis.
• Experience supporting documentation such as PFMEA or control plans.
