What you will do

• Develop, modify, and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing medical materials into finished products.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure comprehensive quality standards are implemented.
• Devise and implement methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision of products and production equipment.
• Perform statistical analysis to assess the cost and responsibility for materials that do not meet required specifications.
• Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards and maintain compliant documentation.
• Specialize in design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation, or R&D quality.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Singapore
• Baccalaureate degree with 4+ years of experience, Master's degree with 2+ years, or a PhD.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, inspection methods, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Proven experience collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Ability to independently evaluate complex quality issues and recommend process improvements.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
