Senior Finance Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote-first role in the United States; office spaces are available in San Jose, California and Draper, Utah.

Salary: $89,100–$131,040 USD annually, depending on geographic zone and qualifications.

What you will do

• Partner with product managers and product leaders to translate financial analysis into actionable business and strategic insights.
• Build, maintain, and improve reporting for product KPIs such as adoption, retention, monetization, and unit economics.
• Develop financial models and business cases for product launches, feature investments, and pricing initiatives.
• Support annual product planning through budget tracking, variance analysis, and headcount planning.
• Streamline and automate recurring reporting and analysis to improve accuracy and turnaround time.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, equity research, or a related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets, including moderately complex models.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-partnering skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and priorities with general guidance from senior team members.

Nice to have

• Experience in a software or payments company.
• Experience with credit or fraud loss modeling.
