What you will do

• Act as a proactive financial partner to product managers and leaders to translate data into strategic insights.
• Build and maintain reporting for key product KPIs, including adoption, retention, monetization, and unit economics.
• Develop financial models and business cases for new product launches, feature investments, and pricing initiatives.
• Support the annual planning process, including budget tracking, variance analysis, and headcount planning.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate recurring reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or equity research.
• Strong financial modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working at a software or payments company.
• Experience with credit and/or fraud loss modeling.
