Salary: $140,000 - $155,000

What you will do

• Drive the annual operating budget and periodic forecasting processes.
• Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers and communicate financial impacts and risks to stakeholders.
• Develop internal management financial reporting and presentations for the CFO, Executive Management, and the Board of Directors.
• Translate strategic priorities into long-range business plans, scenarios, and actionable recommendations.
• Own and optimize internal sensitive data models and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex ad hoc reporting projects.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA is a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI with strong data query capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial statement presentation.
• Experience working within a publicly traded company is strongly preferred.
• Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid office attendance.
