Salary: $125,000–$145,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead sophisticated performance analyses for RFPs, RFIs, due diligence questionnaires, fundraising initiatives, and investor inquiries.
- Develop performance presentations, track records, portfolio analyses, benchmark comparisons, and other investor-facing deliverables.
- Translate ambiguous investor requests into consistent analyses aligned with firm methodologies and reporting standards.
- Design scalable reporting capabilities, analytical frameworks, and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Partner with Investment, Investor Relations, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Technology, and Data teams on reporting solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on complex reporting questions and analytical approaches.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in private markets performance analytics, investment reporting, portfolio analytics, product strategy, investor reporting, or a related alternative investments function.
- Analytically oriented undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IRR, TVPI, DPI, RVPI, MOIC, benchmark methodologies, and performance attribution.
- Ability to synthesize complex investment data into clear, investor-focused analyses and identify opportunities for scalable reporting solutions.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with business intelligence, reporting, or investment performance systems such as Burgiss/MSCI, PitchBook, or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.

- CFA, CIPM, or CAIA designation, or progress toward one.
- Experience with technology, automation, or AI-enabled reporting improvements.
