What you will do

• Develop and implement financial reporting and forecasting processes, including long-range planning and scenario modeling.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and budgetary support to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
• Identify and streamline processes to drive standardization and scalability across the finance function.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance against strategic objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance FP&A systems and operational efficiency.
• Prepare financial materials for Board of Directors meetings, investors, and internal reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A at a high-growth software company or investment banking.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and ability to analyze key metrics like ARR, Churn, LTV, and CAC.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial systems such as Netsuite or Pigment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated agility and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Pigment.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems like Workday or Anaplan.
