TL;DR

Associate, Financial Reporting (Fintech): Managing financial, regulatory, and liquidity reporting for the Americas Wholesale Banking division with an accent on data visualization and process automation. Focus on building Power BI dashboards, performing variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP frameworks.

Location: Must be based in New York City, hybrid role requiring at least two days per week onsite.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Prepare and review end-to-end production of consolidated financials and regulatory reports.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to transform raw accounting data into actionable insights.
• Perform deep-dive variance analysis on balance sheets and income statements to isolate anomalies.
• Execute UAT and validation protocols for reporting infrastructure and system migrations.
• Streamline reporting workflows by reducing manual spreadsheet reliance and implementing automated data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Risk, Treasury, and Operations teams to resolve data dependencies and ensure audit trail integrity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial or regulatory reporting within a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of IFRS frameworks and financial reporting concepts; US GAAP knowledge is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of SQL or Python is a major plus.
• Must be able to work onsite in New York City at least two days per week.

• Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft or SAP.
• Adaptability in leveraging generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for automation and debugging.
