What you will do

• Plan and execute high-impact trade shows across the Americas to showcase the brand and drive quality pipeline.
• Manage event operations and logistics, including timelines, vendors, booth requirements, and show services.
• Own external vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery and quality execution.
• Track event budgets, invoices, and expenses to maintain delivery within approved limits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Field teams to support event objectives and in-booth experiences.
• Oversee lead capture, data management, and post-event reporting to measure outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in trade show or event marketing, preferably in B2B or technology.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating event logistics, vendors, and budgets.
• Must be based in the USA (Colorado).
• Willingness to travel to support trade shows as needed.
