What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning for conferences, roadshows, webinars, and workshops.
• Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and audiovisual production.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and event calendars.
• Coordinate speaker logistics, rehearsals, and onsite support.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and external stakeholders to deliver advisor-facing programs.
• Build scalable processes and playbooks to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 6–12+ years of experience in event management, conference planning, or field marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Cvent, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior executives and external vendors.
