What you will do

• Develop and update customer-facing marketing collateral, presentations, and sales tools.
• Assist in the planning and execution of national trade shows and association events.
• Maintain a 12-month marketing calendar and track budget allocation against activities.
• Manage and track campaigns in Salesforce and execute workflows in HubSpot.
• Analyze campaign data and report on KPIs, lead quality, and ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across the customer journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in marketing, specifically in campaign execution and marketing operations.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for events.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
