What you will do

• Build and maintain a structured AI baseline across all functions to track adoption and define next steps.
• Run tandem sessions and training on AI tools and skills tailored to different teams.
• Develop and ship AI-powered workflows and automations solving operational problems.
• Partner on rollout enablement to ensure adoption is integrated with releases.
• Grow and support a cross-functional network of AI champions.
• Own AI adoption and fluency tracking at the organizational level over time.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in New York City or Barcelona
• 4-6 years of experience managing projects end-to-end in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools including LLM APIs, automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make), and scripting (Python, SQL).
• Experience designing and running structured training or onboarding programs.
• High ownership, intensity, and ability to operate with urgency and ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, FP&A, or finance-adjacent SaaS.
