Salary: $112K – $215K + Equity

What you will do

• Manage a specific slice of the customer experience, identifying friction points and shipping fixes.
• Build and automate internal processes to scale the customer experience engine.
• Prototype agentic workflows and test interventions to increase value per customer.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for changes based on customer evidence.
• Define the vision, metrics, and operating principles for owned business segments.
• Run experiments to identify what works and build automated systems to scale successful interventions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to uncover unmet needs through relationship building.
• Proven ownership of ambiguous problems and the ability to take projects from idea to completion independently.
• Systems thinking skills to combine qualitative and quantitative data into actionable solutions.
• Builder mentality with a focus on using AI to create leverage and automation.
• Technical or operational spike in data, AI, accounting, or finance.
