What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for the AI agent Felix, prioritizing features and shipping continuously.
• Design novel agent systems and workflows specifically for the realities of the finance industry.
• Prototype and build capabilities in design or code to validate features before shipping.
• Conduct user research with sophisticated financial professionals to define product priorities.
• Act as the in-house authority on AI agents, experimenting with new tools and paradigms to stay on the cutting edge.

Requirements

• Strong product management experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or best-in-class product company.
• Deep intuition for LLMs and agents with hands-on experience building with AI tools.
• Technical foundation capable of shipping code and prototyping rather than just writing specifications.
• Ability to present with poise and polish to senior stakeholders in the finance industry.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in New York City.
