What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of a product area from discovery through launch.
• Drive rapid execution with engineers, designers, operators, and founders.
• Research user behaviors, frustrations, and unmet needs through data, customer interviews, and market insights.
• Define and track success metrics to guide prioritization and validate product decisions.
• Manage partnerships with banks, payment processors, and data vendors where relevant.
• Help develop product management processes as hirify.global scales the use of AI across the organization.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• Track record of shipping impactful products used by millions of customers.
• Strong data instincts and ability to define metrics before development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
• Bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to iterate quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities without losing momentum.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or highly regulated consumer products.
• Experience building or scaling financial products in Latin America.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
• Experience at a high-growth startup from early to scale stage.
