Salary: $140,000 – $210,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own product direction and execution for core AI-native financial components, including ERP and neobanking systems.
• Lead cross-functional pods of engineers and designers through the entire lifecycle of defining, building, and measuring features.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Drive product decisions using a combination of customer interviews, quantitative data, and strong product intuition.
• Partner with engineering to translate abstract challenges into clear, actionable product requirements documents.
• Engage directly with producers on-location to build a deep understanding of farm finance and customer needs.

Requirements

• Multiple years of PM experience shipping impactful products, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for independent data extraction and dashboard building.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate professional workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align stakeholders and lead team meetings.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a track record of delivering results on time.
• Must be based in the United States to align with company focus and benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience in accounting, fintech, or vertical SaaS.
• Experience working with American industries such as agriculture, trucking, or construction.
