What you will do

• Own the end-to-end MVP definition and delivery from concept through launch
• Develop a clear product roadmap, sequenced backlog, and release plan based on an evolving vision
• Collaborate with engineering and design to balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business value
• Conduct customer research and use prototypes and data to validate product hypotheses
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and emerging technologies to accelerate learning and improve the product
• Align stakeholders and manage competing priorities within an ambiguous, startup-like environment

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (implied by benefits and US-specific legal requirements)
• 10 or more years of relevant business experience, including roles as a product manager or product leader
• Proven track record of taking digital products from concept through to successful launch
• Experience defining and delivering MVPs in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments
• Strong understanding of Agile product management and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, wealth management, or consumer financial services
• Background working in startups, innovation labs, or entrepreneurial environments
• Experience applying AI or other emerging technologies to digital products
