Agile Product Owner Sr Lead (Fintech)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States; hybrid with three days in-office and two days virtual

What you will do

• Execute product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives, customer needs, and market priorities.
• Manage and refine product backlogs with Product Managers to maximize business value and delivery outcomes.
• Lead PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, forecasting, prioritization, and dependency management.
• Align product, engineering, business, and Agile teams around priorities, acceptance criteria, risks, and delivery expectations.
• Mentor Product Owners and Agile teams while standardizing product ownership and Lean-Agile practices across value streams.
• Track OKRs, delivery metrics, capacity, risks, and business outcomes to improve predictability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or related Agile leadership roles.
• Extensive experience with Product Management or Product Ownership in Agile and SAFe environments across multiple teams and value streams.
• Experience leading PI Planning, roadmap and backlog prioritization, dependency management, capacity planning, and delivery execution.
• Strong stakeholder influence, consensus-building, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience mentoring Product Owners and Agile teams and tracking OKRs, delivery metrics, and value realization.
• Ability to work in the Jacksonville office three days per week; current and future OPT sponsorship are not available.
