What you will do

• Lead the engineering function supporting sales applications across affiliated automotive brand platforms.
• Oversee teams developing and maintaining consumer-facing websites, dealer tools, and enterprise sales systems.
• Drive Salesforce migration, SAP S/4HANA modernization, cloud adoption, and legacy technical debt reduction.
• Maintain mission-critical business applications while advancing enterprise technology transformation.
• Develop engineering talent, improve engineering practices, and build a high-performing organization.
• Recruit, retain, coach, and manage the performance of engineering staff.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in technology, including 5 or more years leading engineering organizations at Director level or above.
• Experience in both large enterprise environments and fast-moving startup or greenfield settings.
• Proven success modernizing legacy systems, reducing technical debt, and transitioning from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based architectures.
• Understanding of enterprise application ecosystems including SAP, Salesforce, and Java-based technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and the ability to evaluate architectural choices with infrastructure teams.
• Strong technical leadership, architecture assessment, team coaching, and experience working across global, cross-cultural environments.
