Salary: $160,000–$205,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the strategic technology roadmap for the SAP landscape and lead the planned migration from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4.
• Lead IT engineers, analysts, configurators, and developers while remaining hands-on with configuration, technical specifications, debugging, and testing.
• Manage SAP projects, system migrations, third-party integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Prioritize development requests with the development manager and business stakeholders, delivering multiple projects on time and on budget.
• Maintain and optimize SAP systems, including patching, OSS notes, support packs, system refreshes, archiving, SDK updates, and HA/DR testing.
• Evaluate tools and technologies, including AI, that can improve capability, cost, performance, and development speed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of SAP technical experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing a team.
• Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, design documentation, functional specifications, debugging, and testing.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration points across SD, PP, MM, and FI modules.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
