Client Partner Program Manager

What you will do

• Oversee ways of working through task-management and productivity tools, driving accountability across channels.
• Develop processes with client delivery teams and clients, including technology-stack onboarding plans and key initiative schedules.
• Own roadmaps, workback schedules, and planning cycles for programs and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, notes, recaps, third-party vendors, team hubs, process documentation, and onboarding for new members.
• Guide the creation of cross-functional presentations and support presentations when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital agency.
• Proficiency with project-management software such as Jira, Wrike, or Asana.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and adaptable to changing scopes, deadlines, and priorities.
