What you will do

• Establish and maintain program plans, delivery frameworks, and execution workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, operations, and finance teams.
• Drive process consistency and operational discipline using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate program risks while managing dependencies and critical issues.
• Manage resource allocation, budget tracking, and financial forecasting for multiple workstreams.
• Prepare and present program status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project or program management delivering complex initiatives.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to lead through influence across engineering and business functions.
• Experience working with geographically distributed or cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in the mining, heavy equipment, or automotive industries.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, or SAFe.
• Experience in cloud-based or SaaS product development.
