What you will do

• Analyze hirify.global and client data across Medicare Star Ratings measure domains, including CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, medication adherence, and operational measures.
• Develop performance trends, cut point and gap analyses, member experience insights, recommendations, assessments, and client presentations.
• Partner with health plans and medical groups to design processes, solve business problems, and drive quality and performance improvement.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, work plans, and project outcomes while coordinating internal and client resources.
• Train stakeholders on Stars and member experience best practices and support effective knowledge transfer.
• Monitor CMS guidance, rate announcements, and technical specifications, and communicate implications, risks, and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to travel up to 50%.
• 2+ years of experience in health plan quality, Star Ratings, experience management, or Medicare Advantage.
• Experience in one or more areas including HEDIS operations, CAHPS, member experience, medication adherence, HOS, or Medicare Stars and NCQA programs.
• Strong data analytics skills with tools such as Excel, Access, SQL, or SAS, plus advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience driving performance improvement initiatives and working with health plan stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree and the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Special Needs Plans, including D-SNP, C-SNP, or I-SNP quality, compliance, and member experience considerations.
• Experience integrating Stars consulting deliverables with Hyperlift analytics and CAHPS/HOS survey insights.
