Location: Washington, DC; hybrid work from a BRG office three to four days per week on average. Other possible offices include Boston, Chicago, New York, Nashville, and Tampa.
Salary: $110,000–$145,000 per year for the Consultant level. Compensation and title may vary based on qualifications and experience.

What you will do
- Support small and medium-sized client engagements and discrete segments of larger projects.
- Develop and maintain electronic databases, spreadsheets, and project files.
- Research, review, and summarize healthcare literature, public data, industry resources, and client or commercial databases.
- Design statistical and financial analyses, models, and computer-based solutions using relevant analytical methods and software.
- Contribute to client deliverables and expert reports while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Delegate assignments to junior staff, review their work for accuracy, and participate in training and recruiting initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative analytics, accounting, finance, economics, information systems, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least four years of relevant experience for the Consultant level; experience in healthcare or litigation consulting is highly preferred.
- Advanced ability to independently execute complex data analytics in SQL or R.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and delegating project tasks.
- Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Must provide verification of legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python, STATA, SAS, or other programming languages.
- Prior healthcare, litigation consulting, disputes, or investigations analysis experience.
- Interest in economic or financial analysis and research.
