Analyst, Strategy (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Develop and own data analyses from start to finish, including coding, validation, deliverable preparation, and presentations.
• Build and maintain SQL tables, database schemas, Excel spreadsheets, and other data resources.
• Partner with strategy leads to design data-informed technology solutions, product analyses, flowcharts, and engineering requirements.
• Create financial models and analyses using transactional and financial data.
• Perform data quality checks, test planning, anomaly identification, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Support client projects and communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data analytics, computer science, statistics, economics, business, finance, accounting, healthcare policy, administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics using Python, R, SQL, or similar tools.
• Ability or motivation to independently execute complex data analytics in Python and SQL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality analysis.
• Must provide verification of legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage assignments to meet deadlines.
