Senior Consultant, Advisory Services: Supply Chain - Clinical

Location: Remote. Travel: 61–80% within the US

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and participate in advisory engagement workstreams for healthcare system clients.
• Obtain data, conduct and oversee analyses, interpret findings, and develop recommendations and potential solutions.
• Create client presentations and deliverables that communicate strategy, outcomes, and insights.
• Build and maintain dynamic data models using hirify.global and client datasets.
• Standardize and automate client deliverables and internal tools, including troubleshooting Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses.
• Manage workstream activities, budgets, expenses, risks, issues, and implementation support.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is also accepted.
• Experience with implant products or markets, including CRM, spine, orthopedics, or trauma, is required.
• Ability to analyze complex healthcare datasets and develop visualizations and presentations for data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, lead workgroups, and work collaboratively.
• Ability to travel 61–80% within the US while working remotely.

Nice to have

• Management consulting experience.
• Lean process improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation, new methodology development, and strategic problem-solving.
