Senior Consultant, Commercial Solutions & Insights Hub (CSIH), Analytic Services (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Parsippany, New Jersey, United States; hybrid work requiring attendance at an hirify.global office several times weekly in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut. Candidates must reside in the United States.

Salary: $95,700–$239,200 annual base pay, with potential additional incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and execute analytics using hirify.global healthcare data sources, identifying trends in complex datasets.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses covering patient, payer, prescriber, market, therapeutic, and competitive questions.
• Translate secondary data and market research into actionable client recommendations and business decisions.
• Create client presentations, participate in client meetings, and provide business consulting and project management.
• Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, documentation, SOPs, and client data scorecards.
• Manage concurrent projects and coach consultants across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant healthcare experience and a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Hands-on experience with patient analytics and patient-, prescriber-, and account-level data, including hirify.global or similar datasets.
• Experience with sales and marketing analytics using subnational patient, physician, or payer data.
• Knowledge of the US healthcare market and healthcare analytics, including areas such as patient journeys, payer analytics, segmentation, targeting, source of business, compliance, and promotional mix modeling.
• Strong technical skills in Excel, SAS, SQL, R, Tableau, and/or Excel VBA, together with project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to attend an hirify.global office several times weekly in PA, NY, NJ, or CT.
