Location: Remote - USA. Consistent travel of approximately 20% is required depending on project and client needs. Candidates must be able to verify their legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Salary: $120,000–$165,000 per year. Final job title and compensation depend on qualifications and experience.

What you will do
- Lead clinical quality analytics workstreams, including the design, execution, and quality review of qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Collect, integrate, validate, and analyze healthcare claims and related data to assess cost, utilization, quality, and provider performance.
- Design analyses supporting value-based care, pay-for-performance, and other clinical quality programs.
- Develop reproducible data pipelines, analytic code, dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Translate complex findings into client insights, recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
- Manage client relationships, audit deliverables, identify improvements, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in healthcare data and analytics, consulting, or a related healthcare industry role; manager-level experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent experience in analytics, computer science, economics, finance, statistics, public health, engineering, or a related field.
- Required experience analyzing healthcare claims data, including Medicare, Medicaid, all-payer, or related claims datasets.
- Subject matter expertise in value-based care, healthcare cost and quality analysis, or quality programs such as pay-for-performance.
- Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Python, SAS, Git/GitHub, and Tableau.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to client executives and internal leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience with EMR, pharmacy, provider, HealthVerity, PySpark, Truveta Prose, Tuva, Databricks, or VRDC data and platforms.
- Subject matter expertise in hospital quality measures, including AHRQ Quality Indicators, CMS 5-Star ratings, or U.S. News rankings.
