What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across program workstreams to ensure contract objectives are met.
• Evaluate operational workflows and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with program leadership and government stakeholders on value stream management and operational planning.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify risks, trends, and process gaps.
• Support workforce readiness and training to promote adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to standardize operational processes across the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in program, business, or healthcare operations.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into analytical solutions for stakeholders.
• Must have the legal right to work in the US and support federal government programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Federal Government programs (VA, DoD, DHA, HHS).
• Background in digital health, healthcare transformation, or enterprise modernization.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.
