What you will do

• Lead dry-lab and bioinformatics operations projects from planning through delivery.
• Create and manage project plans, dependency maps, risk registers, milestones, and validation readiness activities.
• Coordinate bioinformatics, software engineering, clinical operations, product, and laboratory stakeholders.
• Translate analytical and computational requirements into executable deliverables for scalable genomic analysis and reporting.
• Monitor project metrics and provide data-driven updates on timelines, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Support regulatory, quality, documentation, audit, and data-governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, life sciences, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years supporting bioinformatics, data, healthcare technology, or dry-lab initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple technically complex projects and cross-functional teams of scientists, engineers, analysts, and clinical stakeholders.
• Experience with data pipelines, analytical workflows, laboratory informatics platforms, system integrations, and validation in regulated environments.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, identify technical and delivery risks, facilitate technical meetings, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies, plus project management and issue-tracking tools; Jira is preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, life science, or a related technical field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
