What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Pre-Sales teams to drive initial project phases.
• Manage resource allocation and task planning for sprints and overall project delivery.
• Prepare executive summaries detailing timelines, resource impacts, and strategic risks.
• Organize and maintain project workflows and task prioritization within Jira.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Proven experience with team resourcing and long-term planning.
• Experience building Gantt charts within an Agile environment.
• Proficiency with Atlassian products and project management tools.
• English proficiency: B2 or above.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing DevOps and infrastructure-related projects.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint or similar presentation software.
