What you will do

• Lead software and IT implementation projects for utility and energy efficiency programs from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, development, and QA.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use Jira to track tasks, manage workflows, and monitor delivery progress.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support continuous improvement through release coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT or software delivery projects with accountability for budget and scope.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects in client-facing environments.
• Working knowledge of SDLC and experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
• Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Must be based in California, Oregon, Washington, or Nevada.

• Experience in utility, energy, or energy efficiency sectors.
• Experience managing sub-contractors or external vendors.
