What you will do

• Own high-stakes workstreams within swim lanes: New Customer Acquisition, Deliver Service, or AI & Operating Excellence.
• Turn ambiguous, multi-layered problems into clear product definitions and actionable roadmaps.
• Take full accountability for specific business metrics such as conversion, retention, Pro supply, and cost-to-serve.
• Lead a dedicated engineering and design pod from problem definition to shipped outcome.
• Integrate AI into daily workflows to compress timelines and improve overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• AI-native mindset: daily use of AI for drafting specs, exploring data, and prototyping.
• Exceptional proficiency in either data-driven decision-making or intuitive customer product taste.
• Strong structured thinking skills to define problems in unstructured environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to justify decisions and say no.
• Strong bias for action and comfort with shipping scrappy iterations.
