What you will do

• Execute the product vision and roadmap for Rovo Chat to increase user adoption and engagement.
• Develop intelligent conversational experiences that connect users to first-party and third-party knowledge sources.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver features from ideation through launch.
• Define and monitor success metrics for chat quality, accuracy, groundedness, and user satisfaction.
• Champion responsible AI practices to ensure safe, transparent, and inclusive user experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with exposure to AI/ML-powered products or conversational systems.
• Proficiency in prompting, iterating, and evaluating AI outputs to drive product specifications and research.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and conversational AI architecture.
• Experience building and scaling SaaS products, ideally in collaboration or developer tooling domains.
