What you will do

• Use AI-assisted prototyping and internal coding agents to move ideas from concept to production rapidly
• Contribute to roadmap and prioritization based on squad north star metrics
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to deliver scalable solutions
• Write clear, decision-ready PRDs by deeply analyzing problems and trade-offs
• Execute data analyses and user research using AI tools to synthesize market signals
• Maintain a fast-moving product development process through tight documentation and communication

Requirements

• 2-3 years of product management or equivalent experience driving product decisions
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in professional workflow (required)
• Must be based in the US or Canada
• Strong user empathy and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to utilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Nice to have

• Experience in labor marketplaces or healthcare tech
• Background working in an early-stage startup
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Replit, or v0 to build prototypes
