Salary: $165,000 – $195,000 + 10% Bonus

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for traditional, AI-mediated, and voice search landscapes.
• Build product-led growth mechanics into core user flows to compound organic acquisition.
• Translate SEO signals and algorithm shifts into actionable product roadmap priorities.
• Develop measurement frameworks for AI discovery and emerging distribution surfaces.
• Embed trust and authority signals into product surfaces to support YMYL category requirements.
• Partner with engineering, data, and marketing teams to own measurable acquisition outcomes.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or product strategy.
• Proven track record of shipping product surfaces that directly moved organic acquisition outcomes.
• Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals and the evolving AI-mediated search landscape.
• Ability to build measurement approaches for ambiguous, evolving data sets.
• Strong experience in writing clear requirements and facilitating alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify used).

Nice to have

• Experience in marketplace or aggregator business models.
• Background in regulated or health-adjacent domains.
• Prior experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), MCP, or agentic distribution.
