What you will do

• Perform routine preventative and incident maintenance for the robotic fleet.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair robots at customer sites.
• Support root-cause analysis for major field incidents.
• Reduce robot downtime and improve repair turnaround.
• Track service metrics including mean time to repair and first-contact resolution.
• Collaborate with onsite personnel and engineering teams on escalated issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with commercially available products.
• Technical experience troubleshooting complex robotic systems.
• Ability to read manufacturing work instructions, mechanical assembly drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Experience using electrical and mechanical tools, including digital multimeters, soldering equipment, terminal crimping tools, and hand tools.
• Comfort with basic command-line tools and ability to work independently in the field.
• Ability to become vendor credentialed with partner hospitals and travel up to 80% with short notice.
