Senior Service Technician (Robotics)

Location: On-site in Mesa, Arizona, with conditions listed in Chandler, Arizona; 100% in-office presence required. AM shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, five days per week, including at least one weekend day.

What you will do

• Diagnose complex, intermittent, and unusual faults in robotic systems, modular components, and support vehicles.
• Perform advanced component-level repairs on electrical systems, control units, and related hardware.
• Use technical manuals, schematics, diagnostic flowcharts, and service data to guide troubleshooting.
• Document diagnostic processes, root-cause hypotheses, repairs, and component failures in the service management system.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job assistance to Level 2 Technicians.
• Manage assigned workloads independently and calibrate, configure, and maintain specialized diagnostic equipment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of service work experience.
• Curiosity and strong interest in mechanical systems and repair.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle record check required.
• Ability to work on-site in Mesa, Arizona, on the specified AM shift and schedule required.

Nice to have

• Experience servicing vehicles or fleets, especially electric or autonomous vehicles.
• Experience in robotics or aircraft maintenance.
• Experience with JIRA, MaintainX, and other service management tools.
