What you will do

• Build and maintain consolidated operating models, annual budgets, and rolling cash and P&L forecasts across all entities and revenue streams.
• Develop unit economics and margin analysis by revenue stream, providing clear commentary on variance and business drivers.
• Own the company Performance Dashboard and the reporting data layer integrating NetSuite, Salesforce, and DealHub.
• Partner with data owners to specify reporting requirements and ensure data integrity as volumes scale.
• Identify and implement automation and AI tools to accelerate analysis and reduce manual effort in forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally within SaaS or multi-entity businesses.
• Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hands-on technical skills in SQL and BI/analytics tools.
• Experience with ERPs (NetSuite strongly preferred) and CRM/CPQ data (Salesforce, DealHub).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

• Experience with multi-currency consolidation and cross-border operations.
• Proficiency with integration tooling such as Workato and modern analytics platforms.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, or a specific FP&A/data credential.
