What you will do

• Own FP&A for Sales and GTM incentive plans, including building and maintaining the related budget and rolling forecasts.
• Support OPEX planning and tracking across budget, forecast, and monthly performance.
• Lead monthly and quarterly budget-vs-actual reporting and create performance decks for senior management.
• Partner with GTM, Finance, Strategy, and BizDev leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Develop financial models to support forecasts, scenario planning, and ad-hoc strategic requests.
• Coordinate with Xero's regional and GTM finance teams to align metric definitions and reporting standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an FP&A analyst, ideally in fintech or high-growth environments.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for building robust automated models and processes.
• Proficiency with AI tools and automation to accelerate reporting and analysis.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end budget and rolling-forecast cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York City.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ERP or planning systems, specifically Anaplan, Pigment, or NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, S&M efficiency, funnel metrics).
• Experience operating across multiple entities or reporting to a global parent company.
• History of improving and automating FP&A reporting processes.
