What you will do

• Act as a strategic financial advisor to executive leadership to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Product, Technology, and G&A functions.
• Develop financial models for customer gross margin analysis, cost optimization, and investment analysis.
• Manage the monthly P&L review process, including variance analysis and scenario planning.
• Enhance KPI tracking and business analytics to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing strategies and market expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably within the SaaS or technology industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Math (MBA or CFA preferred).
• Proficiency in financial systems such as Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Tableau, and advanced Excel modeling.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) to automate and improve finance processes.
• Prior experience in Product, Technology, and Customer Success finance functions.
