Revit Designer (Architectural BIM Specialist)

Location: Portland, Oregon, United States. U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary: $72,800–$95,700 per year.

What you will do

• Design and maintain architectural BIM models and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and accurate architectural details.
• Incorporate redline edits and markups from project leads.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and civil engineering disciplines.
• Self-check deliverables and maintain project quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Resolve technical questions with senior team members and multidisciplinary colleagues.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Computer Drafting and Design, Architecture, or a related field, or at least 2 years of professional architectural drafting and design experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit modeling and drafting.
• Strong knowledge of architectural documentation standards, drafting conventions, and construction drawing phases.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Self-motivated, punctual, proactive, and highly organized work style.
