TL;DR

Revit Specialist - MEP (Engineering): Converting legacy CAD files to a Revit-based BIM environment for federal facility management with an accent on MEP systems modeling and data integration. Focus on creating LOD 300+ models, integrating LIDAR point clouds, and ensuring BIM standards compliance.

Location: On-site in Arlington, Virginia (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

What you will do

• Create and maintain 3D Revit models of MEP systems.
• Convert legacy CAD and MicroStation files into LOD 300+ Revit models.
• Integrate LIDAR point clouds, redlines, and as-built data into models.
• Support Revit template creation, BIM workflows, and perform model QA/QC.
• Coordinate with GIS, engineering, and project management stakeholders.
• Index drawings and models into secure project data repositories.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Arlington, VA.
• 3+ years of Revit experience in AEC, facilities, or construction.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (3D modeling, families) and MEP systems modeling.
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and COBie.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
