Revit Professional (BIM)

Location: On-site in Arlington, Virginia, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM; U.S. citizenship required

What you will do

• Create and maintain 3D Revit models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Convert legacy CAD and MicroStation files into LOD 300+ Revit models.
• Integrate LiDAR point clouds, redlines, field verification, and as-built data.
• Support Revit templates, BIM workflows, model QA/QC, metadata, and version control.
• Coordinate with GIS, engineering, project management, and other stakeholders.
• Index project records, respond to service requests, produce visual deliverables, and assist with BIM training.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background screening.
• At least 3 years of Revit experience in AEC, facilities, construction, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, including 3D modeling and families.
• Experience modeling mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans and COBie.
• Working knowledge of Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
