Revit Technician (BIM)

What you will do

• Produce accurate architectural drawings and Revit models.
• Execute scan-to-BIM workflows by converting point cloud data into design models.
• Collect field data using terrestrial laser scanners like VLX and RTC360.
• Assist with on-site reality capture, scanner setup, and verification.
• Organize point clouds and documentation for modeling and coordination.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and survey teams across project phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Autodesk Revit.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and documentation standards.
• Knowledge of IBC and relevant building codes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to perform field work and travel locally to project sites in Puerto Rico.

Nice to have

• Experience with multifamily residential projects.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Experience with point cloud data or 3D laser scan deliverables.
• Experience using terrestrial laser scanners such as VLX, RTC360, or similar.
