Revit Technician (BIM)

Location: Guaynabo, Puerto Rico (hybrid); local travel to project sites is required as needed.

What you will do

• Produce architectural drawings, BIM models, and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit.
• Execute scan-to-BIM workflows by converting point-cloud data into usable design models.
• Capture existing conditions using terrestrial laser scanners such as the VLX and RTC360.
• Support on-site reality capture through scanner setup, field notes, photo documentation, and scan verification.
• Organize field data, point clouds, and documentation for modeling and coordination workflows.
• Coordinate architectural components with structural, MEP, and survey teams across project phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, such as a B.Arch or M.Arch.
• At least 2 years of professional Autodesk Revit experience.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, documentation standards, IBC, and relevant building codes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote production environment.
• Ability to perform field documentation work and travel locally to project sites in Puerto Rico.

Nice to have

• Experience with multifamily residential projects.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam.
• Experience with point-cloud data, 3D laser-scan deliverables, or VLX, RTC360, and similar reality-capture systems.
