Project Manager (Energy Storage)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. Required travel: 30%.

What you will do

• Lead project management for battery storage projects in close cooperation with energy storage project and engineering teams.
• Plan and guide project delivery across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, installation, commissioning, and business administration.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, sales, and senior management to achieve full lifecycle deliverables.
• Lead project implementation through satisfactory completion and transfer completed projects to the service organization.
• Improve project financial performance while maintaining customer and project team satisfaction.
• Document and communicate project plans and changes as part of business improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of project management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Leadership, collaboration, influencing, and business acumen skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed and global organization.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States throughout employment without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Six Sigma or LEAN experience.
